An introduction and information session on English File 5th Edition was held for the instructors of the School of Foreign Languages on 24 June 2026. The session was delivered by Özlem Demirci, Educational Consultant at Oxford University Press.

During the session, participants were introduced to the updated content, innovative teaching features, digital resources, and practical classroom applications of the English File 5th Edition series. The presentation highlighted how the materials support the development of language skills and enhance student engagement through a communicative and learner-centered approach.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for instructors to explore the structure of the course materials, discuss implementation strategies, and exchange ideas on effective language teaching practices. Questions and feedback from participants contributed to a productive and interactive professional development experience.
