Welcome to the English Preparatory Program!

Dear Students,

First of all, we would like to congratulate all students who have newly joined the English Preparatory Program at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University School of Foreign Languages and wish you a successful and rewarding academic year.

Before the new academic year begins, an Orientation Meeting will be held to provide you with important information about the Preparatory Program.

Orientation Meeting

Date: 21 September 2026, Monday
Time: 11:00 a.m.

Your attendance at this meeting is highly important.

During the meeting, you will be provided with detailed information about many important aspects of your academic year, including:

• Course structure and class schedules,

• The general structure of the English Preparatory Program,

• Attendance requirements and how attendance will be monitored,

• Assignments, exams, and the assessment process,

• The grading system and requirements for successful completion,

• Placement into appropriate proficiency levels,

• Course materials and resources,

• Other academic and administrative procedures you need to be aware of throughout the academic year.

Therefore, all students are strongly encouraged to attend the Orientation Meeting. Please keep in mind that many important details about your academic journey will be explained for the first time during this meeting.

Placement Test

Following the Orientation Meeting, the English Placement Test will be administered on the same day.

Date: 21 September 2026
Time: 2:00 p.m.

The test will be used to determine your English proficiency level and place you in the appropriate class.

Preparatory Program Preference

If you initially opted to attend the Preparatory Program but now wish to withdraw from it, or if you initially opted not to attend the Preparatory Program but now wish to enroll, you can access the relevant petition forms via the link below:
