Attention to Our Newly Admitted Students!
27 August 2025 Wednesday

For the 2025-2026 Academic Year, registrations for our university via e-Government will be conducted between 1st and 3rd September 2025 through the e-Government portal at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/. Students can complete their registration process by logging in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ with their e-Government passwords and accessing the Higher Education Council section. Candidates who do not complete their registration process via e-Government within this period will lose their right to register via e-Government. Furthermore, students who register via the e-Government portal do not need to come to our University in person between 1 and 3 September 2025. Students who have completed their registration will obtain a barcoded printout confirming their registration and submit it to the student affairs office of the unit they are registered with by 10 October 2025. Candidates who are unable to register via e-Government must come to our University in person and register as specified in the attached file.

In accordance with the decision of the Higher Education Council, which states that applicants cannot enrol in two full-time associate degree programmes or two bachelor's degree programmes simultaneously in the higher education programmes listed in the guides and cannot continue their education, applicants who fall under this description cannot enrol in the programme at our University to which they have been newly placed unless they sever their ties with the higher education institution where they are currently enrolled. These decisions do not prevent students from being placed in any programme in their YKS preferences and placements. Candidates who have gained the right to enrol in a programme at our University but are in the process of graduating from secondary education institutions, associate degree programmes or bachelor's degree programmes and are due to take an internship, make-up exam or single subject exam will be provisionally enrolled if they personally submit a document stating the reason for not graduating to the academic unit of our University where they have gained the right to enrol by the specified date. If these candidates submit their graduation certificates to the academic units of our University by 31 December 2025, or if candidates who have been placed at our University from Open Education High Schools submit their graduation certificates to the higher education institution by 30 January 2026, their permanent registration will be completed. The provisional registrations of those who do not provide proof of graduation by this date will be deleted, and the registrations of candidates who are in this situation and do not complete their provisional registrations by the specified dates will not be processed.

The information of students who register via E-Government is transferred to the student information system within 1 hour. Course selection for students who have completed their registration procedures is carried out by their academic advisors between the dates specified in the academic calendar. These students do not need to visit their advisors for advisor approval. However, regular education students who are required to pay the contribution fee must pay their tuition fees as specified in the payment guide within the dates specified in the academic calendar. You can also access the domestic and international student fee tables via the links below.
