The 100th Anniversary Celebrations of the Republic were Hosted byOur University

Our university hosted the centenary celebrations of the establishment of our Republic. The ceremony commenced with a solemn moment of silence and the singing of the national anthem. It was followed by speeches delivered by Mr. Şefik Aygöl, the Governor of Bilecik, who congratulated the students and the general public on this momentous occasion. The programme proceeded with the recitation of poems, folk dance performances, demonstrations of sports by the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, a rhythmic showcase by a kindergarten, a procession, and tours of exhibitions by the Gendarmerie and Police Departments. The ceremony, which took place at our university stadium, was witnessed by an enthusiastic audience.
Following the event held at our university, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Şükrü Beydemir, attended the "October 29 Reception" hosted by the Bilecik Governorship and chaired by Governor Şefik Aygöl.
